  12. I was curious if anyone could help me on this problem.  I need to have
  13. a TSR that becomes active every 15 minutes,  I know how to make this
  14. work in the DOS world by (getvect, setvect) so forth using clock
  15. interrupts.  How do I get this to work in Windows 3.11 or Windows 95?
